Assignment description: The following drawings are from various perspective assignments. One-point perspective is covered first. Students go to various buildings and draw a hallway or room in one-point perspective. Two-point perspective is covered next. Again, students draw a hallway or room in two-point perspective. The final perspective assignment is the cityscape. For this project, students find an outdoor scene with buildings to draw. They may choose to use either one-point or two-point perspective. Things such as light patterns, sunlight, shadows, textures, different shapes, and sense of space are considered for this drawing. |
