Domestic Ritual: Choose a domestic ritual or activity that occurs daily in the home. Consider the entire area where this activity occurs. Experiment with various viewpoints for your composition. Some examples: cooking dinner, washing the dishes, sleeping, morning devotion, reading the newspaper, doing laundry, etc.

Autobiographical: Create a still life at home using objects that have meaning to you. The objects you choose should reveal something about you and your interests. This still life should be conceptual, showing things that are important to you. If you do not want to create a still-life, you may simply look for a composition in your home that reveals information about you (such as the top of your desk or dresser, dirty dishes piled up, etc.).
